If you have seen a host of surfaced images of these all prototype of the most teased global Toyota FT- 86, the North American Scion FR- S and the last what we will talk about here, the Subaru BRZ. I guess some of you would definitely say ‘just published, those are already ready for production’ and yes, I do agree with you.
Well, let’s chat about the Subaru BRZ Coupe which is expected to come with its final production version in the next Los Angeles Auto Show in around the middle of November this year. The vehicle also has been set to have its global launch in the Tokyo Motor Show in the upcoming December along with the FT- 86.
I know when you see it, you will have difficulty in determining the differences between the all around wrapped- the Subaru BRZ and the other- Toyota FT- 86 prototypes. That’s right since the two of them will be nearly similar except its awfully slight makeup dissimilarities.
Comparing the Subaru BRZ images and the pictures of the Toyota FT- 86, you will soon figure out that the Subaru BRZ employs a somewhat different nose completed with a revised grille and restyled fog lamp housings. It means that the BRZ features longer upper side than the lower side.
It is said that the Subaru BRZ will benefit from the company’s 2.0 liter naturally aspirated flat- four. That unit will be coupled to a six- speed manual which comes as standard feature or an automatic transmission as an optional feature- depends on the market- in which the rear wheels is the only one will be sported by this automatic transmission.
