The German automaker has finally unveiled a full details and official images of the 2012 Mini Roadster. This 2012 Mini Roadster is the first two- seater convertible which makes use of the Mini badge. This manual soft top equipped is the sixth generation of the Mini to join its family in small vehicle range.
Compared to the outgoing Mini convertible, the 2012 Mini Roadster is standing 20 mm lower. The Roadster is offered in a choice of four version in which each will receive four different powerplants, range from 2.0 liter turbodiesel, producing output of 143 ponies and 225 pound- feet of torque which is available in the Cooper SD Roadster to a 211 hp derived from a 1.6 Twin Power Turbo which empowers the John Cooper’s creation.

Behind the driver and passenger seats also have been attached with a small luggage area with a capacity of 240 liter. Others high- quality standard features also available, including speed-sensitive steering assistance, electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, Park Distance Control, air conditioning for MINI Cooper S Roadster, MINI Cooper SD Roadster, MINI John Cooper Works Roadster and audio system with MP3-compatible CD player and AUX IN connection. Those all equipment come as standard features, while the optional equipments including black headlight housing, xenon Adaptive Headlights, Comfort Access, automatic climate control and the Always Open Timer.
