We have long waited for the great empowered Hyundai creation whose the name is Tau 5.0 liter V8 and by its name we just can guess, how powerful this vehicle will be with those V8 engine placed under its hood? However the Korean automaker has already answered our question by presenting the RM500 in conjunction with Rhys Millen Racing.
This vehicle is actually 450 ponies powered Genesis Coupe. The production of the RM itself is just made only once. It means that it will be available only in limited numbers.
To make it more attractive, the automakers have already applied some upgraded in the RM500 such as the addition of stainless exhaust with a GReddy rear section muffler, oil cooler ad rear differential cooler. Those all are good isn’t it? The company also employs new engine arrangement system (natch) to be accomplished in the vehicle. If that’s not enough to content you, the RM500 also has been added with a lightweight clutch and flywheel, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes and new 19-inch tires on super-slick Z-rated tires (245/40 front, 275/35 rear) shod on HRE wheels.
Rhys Millen Racing also brings visual improvements applied in the RM500, such as the employment of an extensive use of fiber aero tweaks, including a new front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, spoiler, grille, roof overlay, foglamp vents and foglamp covers. As the result, the RM500 comes in a sinister- appearance Genesis Coupe.
What’s more? Well, let’s take a look inside the car then! In order to meet the requirements of SEMA, the interior of the vehicle has received some interior suede package, including sport seats, a new shift knob, a small steering column extension and other else small goodies.
We do not expect much of this RM500, yet Hyundai probably going to offer us with something special under its skin.
