It still all about the Tokyo Motor Show and at this year show, Daithatsu wanna presents its unusual, interesting vehicles. As many four concept cars and eight production vehicles which have been enhanced with many kinds of technological equipments will be showed off to public starts from Saturday December 3 to Saturday December 11, 2011.
Daihatsu- in this opportunity- will employ its slogan Big Answer from Small of which its vehicles will present the company’s technological innovation.
Apart from other models, there is the D- X or some of you may know it as ‘d- cross which brings tough and aggressive design. The specifications of the car can be modified into a range of types. Thanks to Resin-based body which enables the drivers to enjoy a multitude of variations. A two- cylinder engine placed under its hood empowers the D- X coupled to a direct- injection turbo. The company convinced, with such a unit combined with conventional technology, the D- X is able to deliver both fuel efficiency and driving pleasure.
The other model, the PICO is the new arrival placed between light automobiles and motorized bicycles. This two- seater electric vehicle represents a compact car which is flexible to accommodate in this growing population. This two-seater EV commuter is so ideal for daily commuters.
The third vehicle will be the FC ShoCase which is built to deliver 0 emissions. This vehicle is aimed to answer these days mobility solution which equipped with the next generation unit such as liquid fuel cells. Those liquid fuel cells consist of no valued metal which is claimed by Daihatsu to deliver a secure and free energy future. This new compact FC is an ultimate model for a light automobile that employs liquid fuel.
The next model is the Mira e:S which will displayed as a show car. The Mira will come in an exclusive color, blue metallic- painted which presents different changes in color depending on viewing direction. It also makes use of Tanto WELCOME SEAT that can be rotate and slide to help the owner in boarding and exiting from the vehicle.
