It is strange to know the relationship between the Ferrari and Fiat group since they are not only having collaboration but they share their platform and even the engineering. Ferrari had chosen a limited edition of the Fiat 500 in the past 2008 as a courtesy car.
And you know why? Now, there are two more vehicles of the Fiat group which follow the Fiat- Ferrari steps. Well, now the Giulietta, an Alfa Romeo’s C- segment hatchback has been selected by Maserati as a courtesy car for the Maseraty’s buyers in Europe.
The vehicle is expected to be empowered by the best Quadrifoglio Verde 1.8 liter four- cylinder petrol engine which produces output of 235 ponies. In addition, the car is set to be manufactured in limited number, only in 100 unit vehicles.
The vehicle will be equipped with some standard features such as bi-xenon headlights with AFS function, a navigation system with a pop-up display, a Blue&Me hands-free system with steering wheel-mounted controls, Bluetooth, USB and AUX-IN connectivity and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The vehicle is also said to have a special exterior styling and it will get 18 inch alloy wheels that is enhanced by diamond tooling and larger brakes along with red- painted calipers.
The buyers of this Guiletta for Maserati special will get Maserati Brown Venere leather upholstery inside the cabin along and aluminum door sill plates with the logos of Giulietta and Maserati. Brushed aluminum inserts along with an “Alfa Romeo for Maserati” also have been attached on the dashboard.
