One of the Cadillac flagships the V series on the standard CTS 2012 model years now will be offered with a new Touring Package that will be available on the V6- powered versions of Sedan, Coupe and Sport Wagon models.
The 2012 CTS’s touring package takes some features of the V- series models, such as the front Recaro sport seats, microfiber suede inserts on the seats and steering wheel, a sports-tuned suspension and performance wheel options.
The Touring Package is empowered with two engine lineup, the first is 3.0 liter V6 CTS which produces output of 270 ponies of power. The company has set an MSRP of the Package at $2,065 including the 18-inch pearl nickel finish wheels, dual tailpipe, dark finish grille, HID headlamps and fog lamps, V-Series aerodynamic center high mounted stop lamp (sans the Sport Wagon), suede seat inserts, steering wheel and shifter, midnight Sapele wood trim and metal pedals.
The second is the 3.6 liter V6 models producing output of 318 ponies. For this Touring Package, the company sets a tag price at $2,810. This Touring is equipped with the 18-inch alloys for larger 19-inch polished wheels with both summer and all season tires are available.
Moreover, the 2012 MY CTS features an improved standard features for the introduction of the Touring Package, including Bluetooth connectivity across the range plus optional RainSense Wipers and Side Blind Zone Alert (Coupe) along with three new colors – Opulent Blue Metallic; Black Diamond Tri-Coat and Mocha Steel Metallic.
The overall the 2012 CTS Sedan model is priced at $36,790, the Coupe model is cost at $39,890. And the last the Sport Wagon model can be ordered with a price tag of $39,890.
