The German automaker still continue strengthening the public’s interest on the supermini range with the arrival of the other special edition model as the fourth generation of the Opel Corsa is having its sixth year in the marketplace.
Well, the new special edition presented by Opel is dubbed ‘Keleidoscope’. The buyers of the Kaleidoscope are offered with a choice of a couple of special metallic exterior paint named Pepperdusht and Technical Grey. Those two colors are mated with glossy black roof, black mirror housings, and the firstly introduced in the Kaleidoscope, a black grille frame. The vehicle is sitting on 17 inch wheels dark colored.
More colors mixing are presented inside the cabin in which the air vent rings and door inserts are decorated in a choice of either curry or matt chrome. On the other side, the door panels are finished in denim fabric. Makes the Kaleidoscope more good- looking, the Opel designers added leather steering wheel and the different seat fabrics with silver or aztek gold stitching.
There is a range of engine lineup offered on the Kaleidoscope, including the 1.2-liter ecoFLEX petrol which produces output 70 PS, delivering 5.1 lt/ 100 km of fuel consumption, a 1.6 liter Turbo petrol with its 150 PS, and the 1.3-liter CDTi diesel that spawns 75 PS, returning fuel consumption of 4.0 lt/100 km.
The Kaleidoscope which is offered in the form of three- and five- door models are fitted with five or six gear manual gearboxes and a five- gear easytronic as the automatic depending on the engine. With such power the Kaleidoscope can be requested with a price tag of €15,425 or around US$20,100 along with the tax.
