Here is the latest autocar news for this weeken which comes from Ferrari. Well, it seems the upgraded California will not be the only race car in Switzerland since the automaker has already confirmed its plans to bring in an ‘extreme’ V12 sports car at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
Luca di Montezemolo who is The Ferrari Chairman stated that just the same with the 620 GT, the new V12 sport car will be a revolutionary car which produces a great performance and unexpected power output.
Although there is no certain information on the new V12 sport car, it is most probably to take the benefit of the 6.3 liter V12 engine with nearly 710 PS or nearly 522 kW or 700 hp output power. Furthermore, a seven- speed dual- clutch transmission will be paired into the unit. The power is delivered by that seven- speed dual- clutch via an electronically locking rear differential into its rear wheels.
Some other information also announced that the automaker had managed in selling as much 7,195 unit cars last year so that the automaker is able to have record revenues of €2.251 or around $2.96 billion along with a net profit of €209 or equal to $275 million.
