The 2012 Super GT racing series will be soon started in the upcoming March and some automaker have already brought out their creations to the track, just like Subaru.
On the end of last year, Subaru had already brought the new BRZ GT300 racecar into public along with the regular BRZ sports coupe at the last year Tokyo Motor Show. And now, the Subaru’s motorsports division is still working in developing the new BRZ GT300 before it goes to the GT championship.
In order to be ready for this year Super GT championship that will be kicked off at the end of March, this past weekend, the Japanese automaker has already put the new BRZ GT300 into its paces at the Fuji Speedway in Japan.
Although, there is no complete detail on the new BRZ GT300, the automaker has already stated that the new BRZ GT300 will be sported by a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine and it is set to replace the previous Subaru Legacy STI model. That’s all I got from what had been said by the company and no further information has been announced yet so far.
However, enjoy your time checking these following pictures on the BRZ GT300. Two of the images are from different models which catch some views of the Subaru testing through the dashboard camera at the Fuji Speedway of the BRZ GT300.
I’ll make you update on this new Subaru BRZ GT300, so stay tuned to get any further information on it.
