Actually in this year Geneva Motor Show, Honda did not have anything than the special edition Jazz Si since the all of the three concept models showed off in the event have already had their previous global outing.
Among the three concept models that are presented, the most attractive concept is the NSX. The NSX is displayed in Geneva Auto Show along with Honda instead of Acura badges. The concept study brings the styling and technology that represent the direction for the second generation of the NSX. In the past January, the NSX also has been displayed for the first time in Detroit Motor Show.
Apart of all of the features brought the most noticeable highlights cover new hybrid all- wheel- drive system which makes use of a mid- mounted V6 engine and three electric motors.
The next concept study is the next- gen CR- V European model. the European CR- V model will have its official debut in production guise in the fall this year at the Paris Auto Saloon. Do not be so anxious in imagining how the new CR- V will looks like since this forth generation CR-V is already being sold in Japanese and North American markets.
The last concept model is the EV- STER study that is previously has its premiere in the Tokyo Motor Show. the EV- STER comes in the form of an electric rear- wheel- drive two- seater convertible. Although there is no confirmation released yet on the EV- STER production model, some reports suggest that it is no doubt that the automaker will develop the EV- STER for a production model soon.
