Well, our speculations about the K9 that has recently arrived on sale in South Korean markets seems to be right, since a Twitter user has spotted the K9 on an Orange Country, California roadway.

An online automotive magazine, Autonews, that is the first site to report the news had a touch with James Hope who is Kia Motors spokesman. He stated that the Korean automaker was still evaluating the K9 for the United States market.

Hope added that it was ussual for the company to take some cars for evaluation. In addition, he did not admid that the car spotted in California was Kia’s K9. He even said that he has not seen it.

Previously, the company had stated that the K9 would be available in overseas markets with an updated 286 horses or nearly 290 PS derived from Lambda V6 3.8 liter MPI engine and a 3.8 liter GDI engine that is good for 329 ponies of power.
