After dropping a video of the M Performance Editions of the M3 Coupe and M5 Sedan in the beginning of this month, now it is time for them to release specific information and pricing for its models that were built to be offered especially for Britain markets.
Unfortunately, as much thirty units example will be built for each model with an OTR pricing starting from £74,080 nearly US$115,500 for the M3 M Performance Edition, while the M5 M Performance Edition is offered with a price tag of £95,140 or equal to US$148,400. Start from now on, both models are already available on sale.
The buyers are offered with three new Frozen paint colours for each model in the UK, those are “BMW Individual Japan Red”, “BMW Individual Frozen White” and “BMW Individual Frozen Blue”. The M5 gets Full Black Merino leather upholstery, while the M3 adds Black Novillo leather upholstery. Contrasting Mugello Red, Lotus White or Tobago Blue stitching are available as standard for both.
The two cars get floor mats with contrast piping, an Alcantara steering wheel, BMW Individual Piano Black interior trim with a ‘One of 30’ laser cut inscription, front headrests with M stitching and door sills with ‘BMW M Performance Edition’ symbol.
The M3 M Performance Edition empowered by 414 horses equipped with a Competition Package as standard completed with 10mm lowered suspension, Electronic Damper Control with Sport mode and a revised DSC+ system, plus 19-inch Matt Black alloy wheels, Dark Chrome exhaust, side gills and kidney surround, jet black bonnet intakes, carbon-fibre front splitters, high-gloss Shadowline exterior trim, folding exterior mirrors and sun protection glass.
In addition, some equipments such as Adaptive headlights, DAB digital radio with Harman/Kardon 13-loudspeaker system, a Media Package, mobile application preparation, telephone USB audio interface and Internet also come as standard.
The BMW M5 M Performance Edition completed with 20-inch Matt Black alloy wheels, Dark Chrome exhaust, side gills and kidney surround, M Sport multi-function seats with lumbar support, powered bootlid operation, a reversing assist camera, and upgraded audio system. To get an optional package on the 552 ponies BMW M5 M Performance Edition, you need an additional £22,075.
