The European market has already made a welcome party for the arrival of the three new special edition models of the Audi A1 three- door and A1 Sportback five- door hatchbacks. The new A1 Lineup has already equipped with special features derived from the automaker itself, that is the quattro GmbH andAudi Genuine accessories parts. The A1s also coloured in two colour choices including Misano Red (amplified red) or Glacier White (amplified white).
While the so called “Amplified Advanced” is only available to be ordered on models with an output of more than 122 PS or equal to 120 horses, the two other, the “Amplified” and “Amplified Plus” are offered for all version of the three- and five- door A1 series.
The base version features high-gloss black trim for the roof, exterior mirror housings and grille, a matte transparent film for the hood, roof and hatch, an S line roof spoiler and five-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels with black inserts. It adds an extra of €1,990 or US$2,499 to the standard model pricing.
The interior is decorated with body- colored air vents, black sports seats with Parade Red stitching exclusively for the “Amplified Red” or Rock Gray stitching for the “Amplified White” completed with a harmonizing piping for the floor mats.
The “Amplified Plus” adds as much €3,990 or US$5,011 more, over the standard model pricing. With such price you will get aerodynamics competition kit, LED taillights and a high-gloss black diffuser insert completed with matt tailpipes on the left – one for engines up to 103HP and two for the rest.
For the exterior of the A1, the engineers make use of black headliner, body-colored center console and interior mirror housing, a color-coordinated key and a LED interior light package.
The last but the most prestigious is the “Amplified Advanced”. With an amount of €6,990 nearly US$8,777, it brings high-gloss-black paint on the aero parts and the large rear wing, matte 18-inch alloys, xenon plus headlights and tinted rear glass. Additionally, the S line sports seats in black Silk Nappa leather with Parade Red or Dark Silver stitching and back shells in glossy Misano Red or Glacier White paint are available inside the cabin.
