The Rimac Concept_One that is priced as much as three times the price of a Lamborghini Aventadors was first showed off in production version at last year’s Fankfurt Motor Show. It brings an electric driveline with four sets of electric motors. Each of them is fitted on the car’s wheel, while the combined output is figured of 073 ponies or equal to 1,088 PS and 1,600 Nm of peak torque.
With such powerful performance, the Concept_One is able to sprint away from zero to 60 mph or equal to 96 km/h in just 2.8 seconds sprint time, while reaching 190 mph top speed. It is claimed that as much 373 miles away or equal to 600 kilometers can be reached by a single 92 kWh battery.
The CEO of the Croatian company who is just 24 years old, Mate Rimac stated that the Rimac Concept_One was developed based on the idea of creating an ultimate supercar with a new propulsion concept. Than the concept was presented in a fully-fledged hypercar that can be the same as the Bugatti in case of performance, equal to Ferrari in term of design and can be stood beside the Mercedes in term of luxury.
