Ariel Atom DDMWorks Front Left Side 700HP Twin Charged Ariel AtomFor us, Ariel Atom is already good looking and powerful indeed. We just do not need anything else with this supercar. However, there may be one who thinks that it gets little power. And yes, the DDMWorks out of South Carolina has such thought and decided that the regular Ariel Atom needs even more power.

Due to that reason, the DDMWorks continues presenting its dreams by adding both turbocharger and supercharger to the mix into the Ariel Atom. Here you can check the pictures of the updated monster Atom.

Not only adding a turbo and super-charger, the company is also applying some extra works to the engine such as the Darton mid sleeves, eramic-coated Wiseco pistons, H-beam Carrillo rods and ARP hardware and completed with the hugely upgraded Ecotec 2.0L engine that is very nice for a total output of 700 bhp.

The Ariel Atom is only measured only at 1,450 lbs or equal to 657 kilos. Its weight put the power to ratio of 2.07 lbs or around one kilo per pony lower compared to most all million dollar machines such as the Bugatti Veyron.

The DDMWorks has already throw on a little extra inches in the rear with new 275 mm wide tires and also custom 17×9 wheels, in order to handle this newly developed power. In addition, the company has also upgraded three available engines option, those are the 450 bhp, 575 bhp and the most powerful 700 bhp flagship.
