Group Lotus plc and Genii Capital has announced they are joining the F1 team named the “Lotus Renault Grand Prix” at the beginning of racing season 2011 and beyond. Lotus is already joined with F1 since the 1980′s. Lotus will invest primarily in shares of Genii team. This transaction is a partnership Genii Lotus and expected to rapidly incorporate new technology from F1 by carrying the hybrid model, the Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems (KERS), aero dna lighter fuel.
