Audi has made a proposal to bring Audi R4 on the backburner. Although this is not an official announcement that they made??, some rumors indicate that the model will be canceled because of fears the company to lower sales of the Audi TT.
As we know, Audi has hinted the launch of e-tron model cars that began in 2009. They have speculated that the concept of e-tron second car will provide a preview of the mid-engine sports car for Audi’s future. It is expected that Audi will launch its Audi Audi R4 and R5 in 2012. Audi plans to build a car with a wider platform and not booked in advance.
