Jaguar has a great look at every car show in Geneva for the past few years with models set the big cat push envelope further in terms of speed. Last year, one of the most impressive models on the market, the new Jaguar XKR-S, and now we hear that Jaguar is headed back to Geneva with a topless version of the same RS model.
A Jaguar car express insider revealed that the soft-top would also XK RS badge. Apparently, “The car was designed as a convertible, so the company would not really need to add additional bracing to cope with the 550 hp and 501 lb / ft of torque produced by the all-aluminum AJ-V8 engine with twin vortex-Roots-type supercharger.
In terms of appearance, the new Convertible XKRS same wide wheel arches, front and rear carbon spoilers, and extra air intakes and the front compartment. It also gets the same tuned Active Performance Exhaust.
Jaguar same insider also told the magazine that the tuned 5.0-liter V8 would also drop in the XF. This would be the S sedan, Jaguar XFR to connect with more than 503HP XFR with a 0-60mph sprint time of less than four seconds and a top speed exceeding 180 mph.
