New Suzuki Swift S Concept at Australian International Motor Show: Suzuki

The Swift S Concept is now standing on this week’s Australian International Motor Show. The Suzuki Swift S Concept is based on the recent all-new Swift hatch. If Suzuki decides to bring the new Swift Sport concept to the market, we may imagine of the Swift S Concept as we see the Swift Sport Concept. However, the production version might not be made by its big rear wing.

A 1.6 liter four-cylinder engine which is paired to a six-speed manual transmission empowers the Swift S Concept. It seems that the output produced by the engine will be the version of 92kW four-cylinder M16A engine which is already used in the previous Swift Sport. However, actually the official output has not been revealed yet.

The 2011 Swift with noticeable less-lary Australian produces power of 70 kW and 130Nm of torque from a new 1.4 liter engine. The Suzuki Swift S Concept is largely emphasized on its styling front in which the S Concept receives a new front bumper, side skirts, brake ducts placed at the back of the front wheel and a new rear bumper along with brake ducts, a diffuser and a dual-exhaust setup.

A big roof rounded out the external tweaks of Swift S Concept, paired with the wing and 18-inch wheels placed in front of a performance braking package. The interior equipped with a more performance designed steering wheel, sports seats and trim in contrasting colors of black and yellow while the trim is stitching in yellow.

Unfortunately, Suzuki had stated that the S Concept is the design study only and it has a little offer in the future of Suzuki concept.
