The new generation of Porsche 911 (991) has been scheduled to make his debut in Frnakfurt Motor Show this September in the Carrera and Carrera Cabrio bodystyles. It has been a lot of spy photos that illustrate the details on each variant. However spy shots of the latest version is higher, that is 911 Turbo that will make world debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.

For the new generation 911 Turbo, Porsche is cranking things with a sportier, coupe-like proportions, and reduced overhangs. The large air intakes located on the flanks of the 911 Turbo will almost cool air in the 3.8-liter flat-six engine pumping out about 550 HP. This engine is combined with the latest Porsche technology, including regenerative braking and stop-start systems that will help reduce fuel consumption by about 12%. The engine will be offered with an improved manual transmission as standard or optional Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) gearbox. PDK has no less than seven forward gears, a combination of ride comfort of a converter automatic transmission with the dynamic gearshift of a sequential gearbox racing.

The new generation Porsche 911 Turbo will go on sale later in 2012.
